What to expect! First time at Livi?

Good morning or good afternoon! I want to say WELCOME! You may be wondering what exactly you are getting yourself into. What should you expect. How will this turn out? You might be thinking my last time trying something new was absolutely a nightmare or the last time I got a self-care treatment was the best experience and I want this to be just as great. How ever you stumbled upon Livi Facial and Beauty Spa, I want to let you know that you are in for an absolute treat.

1. When you arrive to your appointment, I want you to take a deep breath in your car and just relax. From the moment you arrive I do not want you thinking about everything that's going on around you. This is your time to enjoy from the moment you arrive.

2. Next, you will come on in! I will welcome you upon your arrival. During your appointment you are the only one present unless you bring a guest. This is a safe space for you and I and judgement free. I will have a consultation sheet ready for you to fill out. This will give you a chance to tell me all about your skin and yourself.

3. Then, we will go over your consultation sheet. During the consultation I will formally introduce myself and walk through what products you are currently using (please feel free to bring a picture or products to your appointment). we will also talk about what you would like to improve about your skin care. I will then give my professional opinion on what products I think would best suit you moving forward. Livi Retails (GLYMEDPLUS and SkinScriptRX).

4. Lastly, we will move into the treatment area. I will show you where to put your items you brought in with you (jacket, bracelets, shoes, rings, necklaces). All facials come with hand, arm, and neck massage unless you request otherwise. You will then get into the facial bed. I will have blankets, towelettes, and a pillow. Treatment will then Began.

During the treatment I have clients who like to talk about, but I also have clients who like to relax and sleep. I always say if you fall asleep, I have done my job!

I will finish the treatment and we will head to final check out. I will show you the products used on your skin as well as what at home products I suggest. *Please remember* sales tax is added on to final checkout and if you use card instead of cash there is an

additional card processing fee.
