Uploading Motivation

Motivation starts with your mind! What are you letting in and what is coming out? My mom always used to tell my brothers and I to, "shut the door we were letting the cold air out". If only we were just as concerned as what we let into our minds and out of our mouth. Is it uplifting you or is it tearing you down? Keep uploading motivation and speaking positivity.
