Cosmetic Grade Products Vs. Professional Grade Products

You are FINALLY out of skin care products that you bought before seeing a skin care specialist. You are ready to head to ulta to reup! You started getting monthly facial treatments, so your first thought is to message your esthetician to get better choices! Great choice by the way!

Pharmaceutical Grade Products

you ask what products you should pick up at the store.

Before you go in you send me a message.

"Hey, Jasmine, I'm at ulta should I get this"?

My first reaction is hand to my head lol because if you have come to me, we talked about this, and I have official failed as your esti. No all jokes aside I completely understand that buying products can be scary and completely overwhelming. It is MY JOB to find and fit the right products for your skin IN YOUR BUDGET. If you have been coming to see me (regularly) we talk about different products that would be right for you. what is the difference in what I provide (GLYMED PLUS) Vs. what Walmart, Target, and Ulta supply?

What is a Cosmetic/Drug store Grade product?

  • Any skin care product purchased from a retail store that is not under a licensed skin professional.

  • Required to be 70% Pure.

  • ex: (Walmart, Target, Ulta, Bath & Body, Sephora)

What is a Professional/Pharmaceutical Grade Product?

  • Required to be 99% Pure

  • Ex: (GLYMED PLUS, Skin ScriptRX, SKINBETTER,CIRCADIA)
