Cancellation Policy
Updated Booking Policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling: You can change or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty. Please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any charges. Late Cancellations: A 25% charge will apply if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. No Shows or Cancellations Within 1 Hour: A 50% charge will apply if the appointment is canceled or missed within 1 hour of the scheduled time. Important Notes: Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients, and the full fee will still apply. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen.
